Diane Cesarone, MS, RN

Ms. Cesarone is a health care leader with more than thirty years of experience in a variety of health care delivery organizations including hospitals, long term care facilities, and Federally Qualified Health Centers. In addition, she worked for the Joint Commission, first, as a field education program manager; then, as the associate director of surveyor education; and finally, as the Joint Commission’s first director of quality management. Currently, she is the quality director for the UIC CON’s Institute for Health Care Innovation. In addition, she serves as a mentor for nursing students and as a clinical instructor in the administrative nursing curriculum. She has extensive experience in health care quality improvement as well as professional and continuing education.
