Charles Yingling, DNP, FNP-BC

Dr. Yingling is the director of the Family Nurse Practitioner program. He holds an undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago and a master's and doctor of nursing practice degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Dr. Yingling maintains an active clinical practice at PCC Community Wellness, a federally qualified health center serving Chicago and the near west suburbs.

Dr. Yingling serves at the nurse practitioner representative on the board of directors of the Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing.

Current Research

Dr. Yingling's clinical scholarship is in the development and evaluation of new clinical education models for nurse practitioner students.
