The National Center for Rural Health Professions is holding their annual Rural Health Careers Camp this week. Forty-one high school students from rural northwest Illinois are learning about a wide range of health profession careers through participating in hands-on interactive labs conducted at Rock Valley College, Rockford University and the University of Illinois (UIC) campus in Rockford. Faculty and students from RMED, RPHARM and a future RNURSING program provided the hands-on training at the UIC Rockford Campus.
